At Liberty Safe, we stand behind the quality of our security products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that due to the size and weight of our safes, specialized logistics and restocking fees may apply to your return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the safe is secured on its original pallet and wrapped in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; unpalletized items cannot be accepted for return.

• 3.
  Scheduled Logistics

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a professional freight carrier to schedule a curbside pickup from your location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable freight charges and a restocking fee.
