How will my safe be delivered?
We offer standard curbside delivery and premium white-glove in-home installation. For in-home delivery, professional installers will place the safe in your desired room, level it, and bolt it down if requested.
What is covered under the Liberty Lifetime Warranty?
Our legendary lifetime warranty covers your safe against attempted break-ins, fire damage, and manufacturing defects. If your safe experiences any of these events, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Can I change the combination on my electronic lock?
Yes, electronic locks are designed for easy user-managed code changes. We provide detailed instructions in your owner's manual. For mechanical dial locks, we recommend hiring a certified locksmith for combination changes.
What fire rating should I choose for my safe?
Fire ratings range from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours. We recommend choosing a rating based on your proximity to a fire department and the type of items you are storing; paper chars at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your safe within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply due to the weight and logistical requirements of the product.
